We have extensive experience in manufacturing metal rings for automotive safety applications, such as: prop shafts, CV joints, cardan shafts, transmission seals, and hub bearing seals, all with high dimensional precision and designed to secure components, distribute loads, and ensure reliable assembly.
Materials
Black or pre-galvanized, in accordance with the following specifications:
- Music Wire Steels (ASTM A228)
- High-carbon steels (SAE 1050–1090), HD (ASTM A227)
- Piano Steel (ASTM A228), OT (ASTM A229)
- Chromium-Silicon (ASTM A401 and ASTM A877)
- Stainless steels (T-302, T-304, 17-7PH)
- Hardness up to 57 HRC
The materials can be round or rectangular in shape, depending on customer requirements.
Coatings
All the finishes we offer meet the environmental standards set by the automotive industry and can withstand up to 1,000 hours of salt spray testing.
