Springs
At Resortes y Partes, quality is at the heart of everything we do. We design and manufacture springs under strict quality standards, supported by efficient processes and a highly trained team committed to our customers.
Our ongoing investment in state-of-the-art machinery and innovative technology allows us to strengthen our production capabilities and establish ourselves as leaders in the manufacture of the following types of springs:

Compression Springs
Designed to absorb loads and release energy efficiently. These are the most widely used springs due to their versatility, reliability, and adaptability, making them ideal for automotive, industrial, electrical, and medical applications.

Torsion Springs
Designed to operate by rotation, storing and releasing energy with high precision. They are ideal for mechanisms that require control, balance, wear resistance, and a long service life.

Extension Springs
They operate under tension, providing a constant and reliable return force. Perfect for applications that require stability, automatic recovery, and durability in repetitive cycles.

Double-Torsion Springs
They offer greater strength and balance thanks to their dual-body design. Recommended for applications that require high performance, symmetry, greater load capacity, and extended durability.

Materials
The materials can be round or rectangular in shape. Depending on our customers' needs, we can use materials that comply with American, European, and Japanese standards. We primarily use:
- Hard-Drawn (ASTM A227)
- Music Wire (ASTM A228)
- Oil-Tempered (ASTM A229)
- Commercial-Grade and Valve-Grade Chromium-Silicon Steel (ASTM A401 and ASTM A877)
- Stainless steels (T-302, T-304, 17-7PH) and various copper and nickel alloys.
Finishes
All the finishes we offer meet the environmental standards set by the automotive industry and can withstand up to 1,000 hours of salt spray testing.
- Zinc
- Nickel
- Phosphate
- Tin
- Silver
- Delta-Tone
- E-coat
- Passivated
- Painting
- Rust Prevent
Technical Capabilities
We have modern machinery that allows us to make quick adjustments and switch between models in a short amount of time. This gives us the flexibility to take on projects of low, medium, and high volume. We can also produce samples and prototypes in just a few hours.
